1. Delivery Area & Currency
- Shipping Destination: We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the United States (USA).
- Currency: All prices, shipping rates, and transactions are processed in US Dollars ($).
2. Shipping Cost
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
- Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
- Transit / Delivery Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 4 to 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Note: Any order placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.
4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
- Our Carriers: We ship your orders using secure shipping services including FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
- Order Tracking: Once your package is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to see live updates. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Delivery Restrictions
- No P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address during checkout to avoid delivery delays or order cancellation.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please email us at support@kingranchag.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot change or cancel it. You will need to receive the package and follow our return policy.
