2-Year Furniture Warranty
King Ranch Ag and Turf offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty on eligible furniture products purchased through our store.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
Our 2-Year Limited Furniture Warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials
Structural defects in furniture frames
Defects in workmanship
Hardware defects resulting from manufacturing faults
Missing parts identified upon delivery
If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, King Ranch Ag and Turf will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
Scratches, dents, stains, fading, or discoloration caused by use
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper assembly
Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance
Commercial or business use
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damage caused by pets, children, natural disasters, or environmental conditions
Products sold as clearance, final sale, or “as-is”
Non-Furniture Products
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, King Ranch Ag and Turf décor, household items, baby products, kids’ products, and accessories are not covered under the 2-Year Furniture Warranty.
If a non-furniture item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
Warranty Claim Process

Resolution Options

Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
King Ranch Ag and Turf’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, refund, or store credit of the affected product. King Ranch Ag and Turf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product.
