- Fraudulent Transactions & Protection
To protect our customers and our store from unauthorized purchases, we have a strict fraud detection system in place:
Verification Checks: If our payment processor flags a transaction as high-risk or potentially fraudulent, we reserve the right to temporarily hold the order.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@kingranchag.com within 12 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you must follow our Return Policy.
Chargebacks: We encourage our customers to contact us directly at support@kingranchag.com if there is any billing dispute or issue with a delivery. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first delays the resolution process. We work actively to resolve any legitimate billing errors immediately.
